  1. What an amazing video. Not everyone understands the intense emotions ADHD brains go through when trying to be organized. Wanting it and doing it are 2 very different things. Your transformation shows it’s possible. Cheering you on as you continue making your home a beautiful ADHD friendly home. Thank you for sharing your journey.😊

  2. Taking a night away from your baby is so critical!! I cannot overstate how important this is. Your partner should take the baby for long enough to do all the care without filtering it thru you first. Doing this in the first months of a baby’s life leads to more equitable distribution of work in the household for the next 2 DECADES. Return on your “vacation” investment is massive (assuming your partner doesn’t filter all decisions about baby thru his mom. You learned so he can learn.)

  3. 💖 Even as a non-ADHD-person DECLUTTERING has helped to stay more focused,
take better care of the stuff that remains & create instant PEACE of mind. 😇
🎨 Also CREATIVITY sets another CHALLENGE to keep the house organized,
if one sees potential in everything, but the container BOUNDARY helps a lot. 😅👍

  4. 1. Zoning is awesome! My Autistic side loves it for itself and my ADHD side likes it because I'm not frantically loking for stuff and getting frustrated.

    2. The key to maintaining systems as an adhder is to slowly introduce them and some flexibilty (I'm AuDHDer myself). You are creating habits. Some habits won't work and you need to tweak them or find different ones that work for you. You don't want too much flexibility because then it's hard to create and maintain the habits. Took me years and I'm still figuring out and tweaking some of my systems at 47 and I've been working on these for 30 years.
    3. Give yourself the space to not be perfect.

  5. Whenever I come back to your channel to watch a video and read the comments my soul smiles with such happiness- This caring and kind community you've created is precious, and a reflection of the person you are as well. Thank you so much for sharing these things with us, lots of love! 🤍
