Yea Germany and Japan really never had a chance. Japan was already losing the war with China by 1940 and Germany never could’ve ever sustained a war with the Soviets undying hunger for revenge

Just look at the statistics and everything will be clear,Nazi Germany had 90% of it's troops on Eastern Front from 1941/44,they where defeated in major battles for Moscow,Stalingrad and Kursk as well as during Operation Bagration,83% of all German ww2 troop losses where inflicted by Red Army,when it comes to main equipment like tanks and aircrafts it was even more,Land Lease was 10% of Soviet wartime production and less than 2% of total resources and equipment used in war combined with enormous Soviet pre-war stockpiles,most importantly 80% of aid was sent between 1943/45 when fate of war was allready decided after Kursk,Britain and US contributed in accelerating German defeat with aid,bombing raids and diverting Germann forces by opening fronts in Italy and Normandy,but Germans suffered strategic defeat on Eastern Front,there was no way for Germans to win in any realistic scenario,they had perfect conditions at the start of the war when they caught Soviets off guard and managed to destroy several soviet armies in first few months of the invasion,but when Soviet numbers started to kick in before final blow it was over for Germany
