Germany did invade Russia in the summer, the soviets just kept them there far longer than anticipated. Also, the US was non-interventionist until Pearl Harbor. Once we declared war on the Axis, we were all in.

You forgot Japan bombing the US. That’s where US basically joined the war. Tbh if you ask me even without Hitler declaring war the US would’ve found a way into Europe.
Germany would have split its territories into “Reichskommissariate” partly autonomous states with Hitlers loyal men as leaders because they realized it was impossible for one man or even one small group of people to rule such a enormous empire over longer periods
