  2. I've followed recipe to the tee, I didn't have any white pepper powder, maybe I did, but I know its been sitting in the pantry for Allah knows how long. So I used black pepper. My daughter brought the liquid mozzarella which I've never used, seems like I've nailed this recipe. Let's see what comments I get when they eat it. Your recipes normally never fail for me. I didn't make the amount you did. It's for a family of 8. Growing up I usually never measure spices or pasta, I eyeball it. That's the way I learnt from my mother in law and taste as I go along.
