  1. It’s not possible to extra life without getting it healthier. It’s ludicrous that the speaker even suggests that. Of course these two go hand in hand. Because to live longer your body need to overcome aging deterioration and that means your body has to be healthier longer.

  2. Our biological identity is mortal. The physical reality is just a projection of our mind. The pure awareness and the underlying conciousnous that make us perceive the reality is eternal.

  3. False! There are ways to extend life.

    .1. High carb fruit diet
    .2. Low sugar fruit diet
    .3. High fibre fruit diet

    .4. Coupled with No stimulants (no caffeine, no processed sugar, no alcohol, no drugs, no smoking, no vaping, no energy drinks etc)… and of course, animal free products (no meat, no fish, no eggs, no dairy, no honey or any animal products).

    .5. No seeds or seed oils (seeds have purpose, and everything that has purpose, has defense mechanisms…ie, defense enzymes and anti nutrients)

    .6. Low protein. Protein is associated with lower longevity and your body requires very little. It’s a myth perpetuated by the meat industry. As you become fruitarian, your body derives all nutrients and healing from the increased fibre and carbohydrates.

    .7. Do everything with purpose and intention. Be efficient with your actions and energy, and live your highest purpose (which usually involve your dreams and being benevolent in some way).

    Fruit diet carb sources (may include using squash, plantains, avocados etc for sources of carbs and starch). Or unripened fruit, which are higher in carbs and lower in sugar (be careful though, some can be toxic or unpalatable…steaming or boiling required).

    Our fruits we consume today, are not what they once we’re back in the garden of Eden. Fruits today, have been selectively bred over thousands of years, to be bigger brighter and sweeter. Which is why you need to aim for high carb low sugar fruits. Sugar is humanities main addiction, sugar is humanity’s unhealed wound, from our separation and fall from the garden of Eden.

    A low sugar fruitarian diet also does no harm to flora & fauna. Complete care for your environment. It also strengthens the symbiotic relationship between you and the plant world, which is one of the oldest relationships you’ve ever had. Plants let you breathe. And they also feed you. Our relationship with them runs deep. Real deep. Tap into your roots, and find your way home.
