False!!!! It was Poland that invaded Ukraine and Soviet Russia in 1919 to take advantage of civil war and re-establish the borders of 1650. Things went badly for them and were beaten back to Warsaw but were saved by British and France aid and still managing to acquire many territories with Ukrainian, Belarusian and Lithuanian majorities. This video will be reported.
