  1. We recently did X5 in sales of what we used to do within just 5 days last week and that was because we did put in place customer interaction in between every of their sales and purchase process keep close interaction and communication sets your apart

  2. This was a really interesting session!
Had my notes full mostly from Tochi's insight.🔥🔥

Also, it would help having guests name & designation play up on the screen every once in a while to remind viewers of who they are.. (the host inclusive too).

  3. on the Nigerian dream, this is why its important for people to handle positions based on their strengths. These ministries should be managed by people who are competent and innovative. we really need to share the true Nigeria dream out there and not what the outside world is sharing for us which is not very accurate. The true Nigerian dream/story has to be told and this should be a matter of urgency to help change the wrong narrative that is out there.

  4. This was very interesting
Understanding users behavior to the point of asking for feedback when customers churn is a huge responsibility especially for big brands, maybe small brands can do it because they are still growing and their customers base is small.. but again this was a wonderful watch

Do you have any books or courses on behavioral marketing someone can take?
