  5. what's the deal with Hawaii and prime rib? It's everywhere. I kind of think it's part of that glory-days-of-USA-colonization when it was heavily featured as an ultimate destination back in the 50s and 60s. I think back then, prime rib was considered super dining and it's just been frozen in time in Hawaii.
