I believe these banks that are allowing crypto trading on their platforms and backing them by FDIC compliance, could it be there doing this, so if they are, someone comes along and swipes all your crypto, that’s more valuable than your US dollar they just can repay you and Fiat or CBDC whenever the time comes??? be careful people keep your crypto on your cold wallets or in a fully reputable Crypto custody institution if you feel that safe at all
