  1. As a American combat Veteran (US Army 82nd Airborne Division), Everytime I hear about this true event, it breaks my heart. The FACT is that the American, British, German, and French combatants in WW 1 were essentially, the SAME PEOPLE. All of the People of these great Nations, believed in one true and merciful GOD, The Nuclear Family, the Rule Of Law, Higher advanced Education, Monogamous Marriage, etc. It's of the utmost sadness that these Brothers and Sisters of the Civilized Western World ever had to War with one another! As the modern saying goes, may there Never be another, "Brother War"…"NO MORE BROTHER WARS!"
