Frank had both Chokhmah and Pik'e'ach (Wise and clear-sighted) unlike Tony who was thug. Unfortunately Mr Lopez slipped when he recruited Mr "big cojones" from Havana. Yeah, Frank was a firm believer in Mitzvah, he always set aside 10% for Tzedakah (Charity).
This is what happens when young punks think they know it all and don't listen to guys that already have been through it. Frank warned Tony of everything that eventually happened to him.
Frank was wise, but he still betrayed Tony and almost had him killed in the club. He set up the hit. He also was working with the police and so was Omar on the low. So when Frank confessed Tony's loyalty didn't mean anything anymore because he still was all in with Sosa. So it was just a matter of time. Tony should've had better structure and intelligence. He also should've calmed his ego and not abuse his own supply.
Lesson #1: “Don’t underestimate the OTHER guy’s greed.”
Frank was wise but not smart enough to know that Sosa & Tony were right. Not that smart if he had Omar working for him

Tony messed up Frank whole operation 😂😂😂
You callin me a liar
I ain't calling you for dinner
Frank was right
I wonder if Omar really was a snitch or Sosa just didn’t like him? He definitely set Tony up, though it’s more than likely true.
Frank knew what was up with one exception: he should have seen Tony’s ambition from a mile away and either steered clear or partnered up.
