As Americans, we have to keep this country successful in all metrics of manufacturing. Take the time to train people and bring them into to useful, skilled trade positions.

LOL! Anyone basing their industrial or manufacturing business in California deserves what they will eventually get when the liberal, communist, Democratic Party politicians turn against them.
And they will turn against them. Sure, one can throw away a lot of money in court to sue to stop them but now you're facing liberal, communist, Democratic Party judges and a liberal, communist, Democratic Party 9th Circus of Appeals court.
And that's if liberal, communist, Democratic Party voters – aka "anarcho-commies" – don't just burn your business down.
Or that part of California catches on fire and due to political incompetence there's no water to put the fire out.
Above-board wages, insurance, medical, etc. EVERYTHING costs more in California.
Never, ever start a business of any kind in California in 2025.
El Segundo is Los Angeles as far as 99.99% of the world's population is concerned.
