Her character in this movie is a good example of being in the spectrum.
She was a fashion merchandising major before becoming lawyer, of course she’d know this before even becoming a lawyer.

I love how this movie shows that women can be feminine and girlbosses and smart and love fashion all at the same time and most importantly – dumb blonde girl stereotype being proven wrong. Sick of people acting like you can only have one personality like if you study hard you don't care about your looks, or if you care about fashion you are just brainless. And she is such a good person too. She's a whole package and the movie is perfect.
How would the salesperson not know that a half-loop top stitching on the hem wouldn't snag the fabric of low -viscosity rayon? Isn't that like basic sewing 101.
I love it how Elle stays polite yet this scene is excellent in showing her intelligence.
