Your reminder that the super glam makeup you see online is in front of professional lighting and taken at a direct angle that makes skin texture look more blurred and smooth! We don’t see this type of makeup as much in dynamic lighting or out and about. Makeup will look like makeup on the skin!!! Especially if you have skin texture like me and that is NORMAL!
Yes there are techniques to make it look “smoother” but at the end of the day it is not a filter! ❤️

I just want to say thank you so much for showing make up with textured skin. I’ve been so scared to start getting into makeup due to my textured skin and when I look for advice or tips, NO ONE ever post with actual textured skin. So I’m here, confused and sad that I have textured skin.

Thank you for not putting on a filter❤ makeup on acne or textured skin looks different, it's not like you can just put a layer of foundation on and your skin automatically has no texture, acne, wrinkles, etc. So thank you for showing how makeup looks on textured skin❤❤❤
